Matthew's Friends provide information and support for children and adults using Ketogenic Dietary Therapies for epilepsy, Glut1DS, and other neurological disorders.

Story

In July I am going to be walking 25 miles of Hadrian's Wall over 2 days to raise money for Matthew's Friends!

Matthew's Friends is an amazing charity that was set up in 2004 by Emma Williams. Emma set up the charity after her son Matthew, who has epilepsy, had an incredible response to the ketogenic diet with a reduction in seizures and improvement in quality of life! Matthew’s Friends is now known globally for its work with children and adults suffering from drug resistant epilepsy with registered branches all over the world. In 2011 they opened their own clinic in the UK and 2016 saw the launch of their ‘ketocollege’ training programme, with work now also going into brain tumours.

This is going to be a challenge but I look forward to celebrating at the finish!
