I am running the Virtual Virgin Money London Marathon 2020 on Sunday 4th October 2020 (finally!) to raise money for the British Heart Foundation in memory of my best friend ‘Asty’ who we lost all too soon at the young age of 56 to a massive heart attack. 

He was the kindest, happiest, most selfless man you would ever meet and all monies raised will help towards vital research as to the causes, treatment and prevention of this horrible disease.

Asty left behind his wife, 2 beautiful daughters and young grandkids who are all fundraising in his honour. Please help me to raise money towards stopping this horrific silent killer disease.
