Thanks for visiting my page. I am running both the Manchester and London Marathons in April 2023 to raise money for the British Heart Foundation and in memory of my daughter Lauryn Taylor-Poyser.

Lauryn sadly passed away on February 7th 2021 at the age of 20 nearly 2 years after having an Heart Transplant.

Since she was just 6 weeks old she had suffered from Dilated Cardiomyopathy and had been on preventative medication for all of her life.

I am raising funds for the BHF as they have helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target.
