Marie Curie provides care and support for people living with any terminal illness across the UK. Our nurses work night and day in people’s homes and our hospices offer specialist care. We also support people emotionally, provide practical information, and match them with trained volunteers.

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Marie Curie nurses give people the opportunity to remain at home during the difficult stages of a terminal illness.

We have tried to fill a field with daffodils in memory of those we love. The bulbs were planted in Autumn 2015 and flowered for the first time in Spring 2016.

2025 is the ninth year the daffodils have flowered. At 1100 feet and on a north facing slope, they are always late to bloom but are of course, worth waiting for!

Please visit the site where parking and benches are available and make a donation if you can. Every £23 raised funds one hour of nursing care.

Thank you.
