I am running in the Great Birmingham Mini-Run on Sunday 19th October at 10:20. I am taking part in this race to raise money in memory of my Auntie Katherine who, at the start of August, tragically lost a short battle with liver cancer. I would like to donate any money that I raise to Cancer Research UK, so that they can help other people with this terrible condition.

The race is 1.5km and I am 4 years old! I have never run this far before but I will do some training and do my best on the day. Mommy is running alongside me, so I'll make sure I help her when she gets tired!

I am very nervous about the race, but excited at the same time. It would be lovely if any of you were free to come and watch me on the day. The Mini-Run is just before the main half marathon and starts and ends on Broad Street.
