Story
I am nervous as hell to go in the ring on Sunday but i am pushing past my boundaries and I want to enable as many girls and women as possible to do the same.
Girls Who Pull is a registered charity on a mission to inspire, enable and empower women to get stronger and pull up towards life’s challenges.
GWP organises events called Pull in the Park where womxn of all abilities from the local community come together to collectively achieve as many pull ups as possible with and without the help of bands.
Most women cannot do a single pull up. GWP gives them the confidence, support and education to get started.
Being strong feels amazing and has changed my life. I want as many womxn as possible to be able to feel the same and unlock their strength and inner power.
