Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I work for the NHS (not a clinical role) and so I have seen this year the effects of the COVID pandemic and the tremendous pressure it has put on our Health Services.

Today my amazing 8 year old daughter, Daisy, has been talking to me about the NHS and COVID and has come to me with the following, (her exact words):

“Mummy, can I raise some money for your hospital because they are making a lot of sacrifices to protect us and I thought that they need a bit more money, not only to pay the workers but to keep others and themselves safe”.

Her initial idea was to just ask people for money 😂

After some discussion it was decided it was best that Daisy did something that people could sponsor her to do. She is a HUGE Little Mix fan and has just got their brand new album. So she is setting herself a challenge of learning the words for one of the songs (she has chosen one she could dedicate to staff) by Monday 30th November.

On the deadline day I will film her singing it and post on social media for all to see.

Please please donate if you can and show my beautiful Daisy that they are people out there who are just as kind as she is.

Thank you
