Story
From Daisy-Mae - I want to donate my hair to be made into a wig for another child who is, or has been, going through cancer treatment or other illnesses so that they will still feel beautiful throughout their fight.
I sat with and supported my Mummy while she had her cancer treatment last year and although she did not lose her hair, I saw lots of ladies, and men, young and old who did. I have been growing my hair for a long time and 2020 is the year that I am going to have it cut and make my donation.
At the moment I have at least 16 inches that I am willing to donate and I am going to try to raise as much money as possible for this very worthy cause. Any kind donation no matter how small is greatly appreciated.
My target is to raise at least £550 as this is what it costs The Little Princess Trust to make and provide a free wig to one child who has lost their hair.
Thankyou.
When a child loses their hair to cancer or another condition, we'll be there with a free, real hair wig to help restore their confidence and identity. We won't stop until the research that we fund ends childhood cancer forever. Promise.
