I am raising money for the Nottingham Hospitals Charity because I want to help with the fight against Coronavirus. I know that the doctors and nurses are incredibly busy trying to look after a lot of poorly people and that they need lots of equipment to be able to do their jobs properly. I thought I could try and raise some money to help. Now schools and all my out of school activity clubs are closed I want to stay busy and active. I love running and thought I could use my love of running for a good cause. Over the next 26 days, starting on Monday 23rd March 2020, I am going to run a mile a day. By the end of this I will have run almost the equivalent of a marathon. I will do this in my garden, in my house or in my local park, if I am allowed (remembering to stay a safe distance from other people).

I would be extremely grateful if you would be able to help me raise money for such a good cause. Thank you very much. Daisy Oldridge
