Have I trained? No. Have I been eating healthy and not going out every week? No. Is this even remotely a good idea? No. But here we are 2.5 weeks away from the marathon and one 7km training run under my belt. Please donate and think of me crying for 23 miles (I reckon the first 3, I can do).

Their volunteers respond in their own vehicles or in our scheme response car, anytime, anywhere in Essex.
