RUHX (formerly The Forever Friends Appeal) is the official NHS charity of the Royal United Hospitals Bath. We’re here to make our place healthier, happier and stronger for the future. And we do that by supporting the extra extraordinary work that leads to exceptional care for everyone.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I decided to raise money for the Royal United Hospitals who will be using donations to improve the hospital, buy equipment, research in helping people get better. I also really want the money to go towards people suffering with mental health, because mental health is very sad and 1 in 4 people are affected and there is not a lot of support out there for people suffering with this. A lot of people feel lonely, sad and loose control of their bodies and the way they think. I hope the money I raise will be enough to buy equipment or hire more staff to help people, especially those suffering with mental health to feel more supported and safe.

So to raise money I am going to dive into a marina and be rescued by a Newfoundland dog which are water rescue dogs. Please sponsor me for this once in a lifetime experience. Thank you. Daisy x
