8 years ago my dad sadly was diagnosed with brain cancer. After his operation in 2007 we thought he had overcome his ordeal and went to return to a normal life. However, last April cancer came back fighting harder and this February my dad had his second operation to kill off cancer. Now he is on his road to recovery, which is already turning out be to more difficult and emotional than last time. Because of this I wanted to help out, not just for my dad, but for everyone that cancer has inflicted. Hopefully I can amount to something that will help change cancer and help develop a cure. By running a few miles, I hope I can help towards fighting this horrible disease for people everywhere and my dad.
