Story

Jack is 4 years old and was born 28 weeks early, as a result he suffered from a bleed on the brain and now has a type of Cerebral Palsy known as Spastic Diplegia. His condition means that he has trouble sitting and crawling by himself, and has limited independence with the use of a frame. However there is a life changing operation available called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR) which will take away the tightness in the muscles of his legs and enable him to walk. However this operation will cost £ 35,000.00

Cerebral Palsy is a condition close to all of my family's heart and for this reason, I will be doing a sponsored sky dive on Friday 2nd November of this year at 12 am to help raise money for Jack's operation. Please find the address of the skydive at the bottom of the page, for anyone interested in coming along. I will be paying for the skydive myself, so all money raised will go straight to Jack. Jack's page can be viewed at http://www.justgiving.com/Jacks-will-to-walk  Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and secure, so please dig deep and donate as much as you can for this amazing cause. You can also text 'SSUK69' followed by the amount (£1, £2, £3, £4, £5 or £10) you wish to donate to 70070.

Thank you,

Daisy Rankin
