On 26th April I will be running 5K for Breast Cancer Care for the beautiful Elaine Heaven, who was fortunate enough to have beaten breast cancer and is finally getting back to her 'normal' self. Alike many other women and men in this situation she wouldn't have been able to get through this time without the help and support of not only her friends and family, but also charities such as this one. Breast Cancer Care provides information and support for families and people effected by this illness. Please dig deep for a very worthwile cause.
