<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p>
<p>If you've arrived here you will already know that I'm planning to join the crew of a cruising yacht to circumnavigate the UK and Ireland starting on the August Bank Holiday weekend in 2011 and finishing some time in early October.</p>
<p>I thought it was a good excuse to try and raise a little money for a good cause.</p>
<p>Overgate Hospice looked after our friend Mark Brumpton, and his wife Jennie, through the hardest time of their lives.</p>
<p>Mark sadly passed away a while ago but the work of this incredible organisation goes on day after day.</p>
<p>I am funding my trip entirely myself so if you feel you can make a small donation to help the staff and friends of Overgate continue their vital work, 100% will go to the hospice and it would be greatly appreciated by everyone who relies on their support. </p>
