This is the 9th year that D&P have entered the 5K and this year's charity is Macmillan, a great charity that has personal connections to some of us here.  There are 33 of us running this year of all abilities and we would all greatly appreciate your sponsorship and support.

Macmillan are a source of support, helping with all the things that people affected by cancer want and need. It's not only patients who live with cancer, they also help carers, families and communities.  They guide people through the system, supporting them every step of the way.  Funding nurses and other specialist health care professionals and build cancer care centres.
