A few years ago I was lucky enough to travel to Sierra Leone and Liberia to see CAFOD's work in action. I met some amazing people, whose priorities were much like mine...they wanted to work, look after their family, have a safe place to live and have enough to eat. That kind of thing. 

But they sometimes had a hard time doing that, despite their best efforts. 

CAFOD - thanks to donations like yours - can reach out with a friendly hand to help them live the fuller life they dream of.

So, on 3 October, I'm going to walk the marathon distance to raise money for CAFOD's work. It will probably take me longer than that chap who did it a few years ago in a deep sea diver's outfit. Please give generously so my efforts are worthwhile. Thank you.
