18 months after being unable to walk I will climb Britains HIGHEST mountain

Bears Up Ben Nevis: Double Dutch Edition · 17 June 2023 ·
Am I ready to conquer my fears for a great cause?…..I hope so because on Saturday 17th June I am climbing Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the UK, to raise funds for charity. But there's just one problem - I'm scared of heights! Despite my fear, I am determined to push myself to the limit and reach the summit.
When I say there’s just one problem, there’s potentially two. I had major knee surgery last year, I’ve rehabbed from a point of not being able to walk and now I will test how well I applied myself to my rehab by scaling the tallest peak in the UK…..what a great idea!
Every step I take is in support of a cause that is close to my heart, and I am asking for your support to help me reach my fundraising goal.
Rangers Charity foundation support a comprehensive range of programmes in the community reaching thousands of children and adults offering life-changing opportunities in education, health and wellbeing, employability and diversity and inclusion.
They also work with charity partners each season to fund projects that have a lasting and significant impact locally, nationally and across the world. This season they are working with Glasgow City Mission, Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity, Bowel Cancer UK, Armed Forces and Veterans related charities and UNICEF, the world’s leading children’s charity.
Your donation can make a real difference to those in need. So please, donate anything you can, and help me turn my fear into a force for good.
Thanks <3
