I have decided to make a decent attempt to run the Bupa Great Birmingham Half Marathon in memory of my beautiful little boy Joseph who sadly passed away shortly after he was born, to raise money for the Birmingham Womens Hospital who's Neonatal team looked after our little boy in his short time and for the care they took with myself and Josephs mom while we were at the hospital. My other inspiration my second son Jake who born 6 weeks early a tiny baby also taken care of by the Neonatal unit at the hospital, who saved his life, he is now a crazy little 6 year old putting us through our paces.

I'm hoping to raise as much as possible for the brilliant BWH Charity who myself and Jake & Josephs mommy Sarah have a lot to do with. They deserve all the help and funds they can get, so please give as much or as little as you possibly can, anything helps. Sarah, myself and our families have held charity events on Josephs birthday the last few years and managed to raise over £3000!!
