My name is Dan Addis and I'm attempting a year of challenges to raise funds and awareness for the domestic abuse charity Refuge. I've been wanting to do challenge myself as well as make a difference to people's lives and I guess I thought this would be the best way for me to achieve that! Refuge are doing fantastic work supporting victims of domestic abuse as well as moving forward trying to prevent it altogether. This is something I've grown increasingly passionate about, especially in the last year. I hope I will achieve my target as well as raise a lot of awareness around the issue. And not kill myself in the process!
