OMS is an incredible charity that promotes lifestyle management of MS through diet, exercise and meditation. They provide information, emotional support and empower people with MS to take control of the condition. It has been a huge support to Nicky in the last two years and they are supporting many thousands of people globally.

On Sept 11th, in a few weeks time, I’m going to try and run and cycle across Scotland in one day - in the annual RatRace Coast to Coast challenge. I’m confident now I’ll at least make it to the starting line (!) so thought it would be a good opportunity to try and raise some awareness and support for the amazing  work OMS do.
