On 25th of August I am hoping to cycle the 185 mile route from Cardiff Castle to Caernarfon Castle to raise money for Nightingale House. I will set off from Cardiff at around 7:00 in the morning and hope to arrive in Caernarfon in the evening. For the ride I will be supported by a friend who will (hopefully!) appear at various points on the route with food and drink!

For over 20 years staff at Nightingale House Hospice have created an environment that gives patients and their loved ones quality time to spend together. Not having to worry about the care a loved one receives, knowing they are in safe hands means every second spent together is dignified and peaceful.
