Story
In just under 2 weeks time I will be heading out to Nepal to volunteer for a project called All Hands.
On April 25th, a 7.8 earthquake hit Nepal near the capital city of Kathmandu, the worst of its kind in more than 80 years. More than 9,000 people were killed, a further 23,000 were injured.
All Hands are a charity organisation helping to support the people of Nepal. I will join the team in early June and will be on the ground with a team of other dedicated volunteers.
All hands have made a real difference to the areas surrounding Kathmandu. They have removed rubble, rebuilt homes, constructed learning centres, and provided food and other necessities to the victims of this horrendous natural disaster.
