I'm taking on the 600 Mile September Challenge! Completing 600 miles during September to help Mind in Bradford change lives across Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven. Now more than ever, local people need the help of Mind in Bradford.

We believe in better mental health for all. With 1 in 4 of us now experiencing a mental health problem, Mind in Bradford aims to make sure no one struggles alone with poor mental wellbeing. Last year we supported more than 3000 people in the area and with your help we can reach even more.
