Having never run any more than 10km in my life I was moved by the cause we are supporting at TTG Media this year to join Sophie, Jen and Chris in running our first marathon.

I'm so proud of our team, who believe in this cause so passionately that they have committed themselves to this huge task and set such a significant fundraising goal. 

We will do whatever it takes to cross that finish line on April 22nd!

With my training underway, my dad passed away on January 11th this year, after his own brave six and a half year battle with cancer. He knew and supported me running this marathon, and to do it in his memory is a real incentive to complete the course.

As to where your money will go, we chose Children With Cancer as TTG Media's annual charity this year because it is a smaller charity which genuinely puts its funds to the best of uses. Almost 4,000 children and young people are diagnosed with cancer every year in the UK. That’s ten every day. 

Children with Cancer UK is the leading national children’s charity dedicated to the fight against childhood cancer, funding life-saving research into the causes, prevention and treatment of childhood cancer and working to protect young lives through essential welfare programmes.
