So me and Ronny have had the silly idea of running the Cardiff half marathon 2023.  We wanted to take part but at the same time raise some money for a local charity.  We have chosen to run and raise money on behalf of hospice of the valleys, a charity we have been involved with in the past during our time with ebbw vale Rfc. Hospice of the valleys do some great work in our community and all the money raised will go to them to help them continue to grow and care for our community. 

Any donations are welcome no matter how big or small.
