Back in 2004, my dad died due to mesothelioma. As we approach twenty years since he sadly passed away, I thought it would be a good time to raise money and awareness for this cruel disease. 

Mesothelioma is a cancer of mesothelial tissue, associated especially with exposure to asbestos.

During 2024, I will be running and cycling a variety physical challenges through the course of the year, that I will be announcing in due course. The challenges will be pushing me right to my limits.

So far:
- 10th March: Chester 10k

- 23rd March: Welshpool 10k

- 7th April: London Landmarks Half Marathon

- 7th July: Shrewsbury 10k

- 21st July: Wrexham 10k

- 22nd-24th July: Cycling the length of Wales (210 miles)
