just finished the run in a respectable 32.35 minutes. I'm happy with that. thanks a lot for the support.

I am going to haul this chubby body around Coventry. please support this great cause

so my aim is to break some sweat and do this in under 45 minutes. I can do this!!!

I am going to take part in the Coventry Fun Run this year, not sure what part of it will be fun as it is 3.5 miles but I need to get myself fit in time for Glastonbury and the kids will be there cheering their chubby dad on whilst the wifey pretends to be too busy to participate....

Please dig deep into your moth eaten pockets to see if you have a few spare pennies (even try the back of the sofa or under car seats that's where mine goes) and help me raise some much needed funds for Baby Lifeline.
