100 miles in October 2024 · 1 October 2024 to 31 October 2024 ·

This October, join hundreds of like-minded people across the UK in a physical challenge and reap the benefits of a month-long goal. Not only that, you will also be supporting our work in creating a society that works for autistic people 💜

Story

This October, I'm taking part in the 100 miles in October challenge in aid of the National Autistic Society.

Our son Freddie was diagnosed at 4 years old with autism, we were extremely lucky to have experienced people around him that picked up on his traits extremely early. After decades of struggling with my own issues, it wasn't until Freddie was diagnosed that I myself was recommended to be assed and diagnosed with autism at 37. We have had incredible people give us support over the years and none of it would be possible without organisations like the national autistic society.

The National Autistic Society are there to help the 700,000 autistic people in the UK and their families - be it running specialist schools, campaigning for improved rights or training companies on being more autism-friendly, they are dedicated to transforming lives and changing attitudes.

Your donations towards my efforts are greatly appreciated and not only that, they will be a huge help in creating a society that works for all autistic people and their families, thank you! 💜
