At 9.00 am on Sunday 23rd November, (whilst some of you may still be tucked up in a nice cosy warm bed!) Craig and I are taking part in the 10km Leeds Abbey Dash for Help the Aged.  We took part last year, and we've agreed to do it again this year...will we ever learn?!
