So it’s been over twenty years since I raced internationally representing Team GB through the early 90s, a lots happened since then. So after 25 years of drinking Malbec, eating cheese, and cutting hair, I’ve decided to get back on the bike. I’ve finally accepted the elderly overtaking me and toddlers passing me by with stabilisers on. In celebration of this I’ve set myself a goal to ride from London to Brighton with my good friend and client Matt. We have a few guests that come and see us whose lives have been impacted by dementia and Matt lost his mother to vascular dementia. Therefore, we’ve decided to raise money for Dementia UK. I’m sure you all agree this is a fab cause and we both thank you all so much for your donations.
