During this time of national crisis, we are all working hard to stay safe by staying at home - let me help keep you active with online BollyX classes and online Dance classes.

I have chosen to raise money for the NHS having worked in the NHS myself as a dentist for the past 20 years, and my late father having worked in the NHS as a doctor for nearly 40 years before he passed away while still in service in 2003.  

I will not be charging for the classes at this time so appreciate your help with raising money for the NHS to help our frontline heroes.
