Mission accomplished! Got round in 55 minutes and 6 seconds. That's 4 minutes slower than last year. Maybe I should have taken the dog to pull me up the hills.

It's that time again. 18 May is the date for this year's Woodbridge 10km race and I'll be trying to improve on last year's astounding time of 51 minutes (well, it astounded me).
Many thanks to all those who supported me last year, when I raised nearly £400 for Diabetes UK. This year I'm hoping to make it more than £500.
Do please get your credit cards out, and convince my legs its worth all this pain.
