I'm once again doing the Duchenne Dash - Duchenne UK's signature fundraising event challenges cyclists to ride 300KM from London to Paris in 24 hours. I'm cycling to raise funds to help my nephew Eli and all those living with the cruel muscle-wasting disease that is Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. It's harder each time as I get older and heavier!
