This is a big event for a deserving purpose. On Sunday June 20th 2010 I'm taking part in the UK Ironman 70.3.

It is an endurance triathlon race that is notoriously difficult.

Starting at 7am:

               Swim 1.2miles (76 lengths of the pool)

               Cycle 56miles (equivalent to London to Brighton)

               Run 13.1miles (a half Marathon)

Any one of those events is an achievement, so to take on all 3 take in one hit takes a special loonatic...

 My target amount of £2000!! So please donate and give as generously as you can.

The money goes to a 'fund of Charities' with a particular focus on children, details can be found by clicking the link to the left.

The race is on Sunday June 20th 2010 and will be televised by channel 4.
