Cancer is something that has touched the lives of both my parents and my work in the NHS means I work with patients facing cancer and other life changing illnesses everyday.Anything that helps to support people facing cancer and other illnesses is really important.

I am swimming 5 km; a distance I have never swum before, so this will be a big challenge for me and the start of a year of swimming challenges. If you could spare even just a £1 to put towards this good cause it would help to motivate me further to achieve my goals and also help these causes to continue their work.
