Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 28th of September 2019, I gave birth to two beautiful twin boys named Tommy and Arthur. They was born 9 weeks early. A few days after birth, we discovered the boys both had brain damage to a bad extent. We was given a prognosis that they would never walk, roll, sit, talk etc. Since that day we have fought and fought as parents. November just a few weeks after leaving nicu, Tommy had a cardiac arrest and ended up on life support, he was battling with group strep b and sepsis. He survived then later in February, Arthur ended up on life support as he was battling Geoup strep b, sepsis and a very rare form of meningitis but managed to beat the odds he was given and survived. Daily we have to go through giving regular physio, dealing with medicines and many many hopsital visits and appointment.

Arthur got diagnosed with cereblal palsy in April. Tommy is still under diagnosis but signs are evident.

We are fundraising for Derian house because this is an amazing charity that has given us a lease of life. Both boys needs rely solely on us. Derian house have given us so much hope and help in such a short amount of time.

We are able to access all services at derian house including respbite. They boys enjoyed doing play therapy and using the hydrotherapy pool. Since derian have been involved the boys have now began to roll.

We just want to get them the money they deserve to make their charity even better. They support many children and familys. Its about time we supported them!

We are walking from Horwich to Blackpool on the 27th of March. Let's raise some funds everyone 👍
