As a kid, I was fearless and have been known to fly through the air over big obstacles on a motorbike! Now, having celebrated the big 4 0 during lockdown, I am far more aware of my mortality and, quite frankly, scared s****less at the prospect of doing a skydive!

Seriously, every little helps the Children's Bereavement Centre where many families are being supported as they learn to deal with death and find some joy in their lives after their loss.
