Story
In 2021, Alzheimer’s continues to be a cruel and heartless disease that affects many families. It stole from my grandad many of his later years and what could have been many cherished moments watching his grandchildren grow up.
Dementia is the UK’s biggest killer. Someone develops it every three minutes and there’s currently no cure.
On 11th September, I will be walking 13 miles over the Salisbury plains alongside my father and brother to help raise money to fund ongoing research.
Alzheimer’s Society is the UK’s leading dementia charity. They campaign for change, fund research to find a cure and support people living with dementia today.
Any donations will be greatly appreciated and will go to a great cause to help fund vital research needed in the search for a cure for Alzheimer’s.
