After yet another serious knee injury I haven't been able to run for nearly two years. In an attempt to put the injury behind me I ran the Worcester 10k in September 2019, and am now aiming to complete my first half marathon in 3 years on 26th April 2020

I am running in aid of What Makes You Different Makes You Beautiful. They are the official charity of  Worcestershire Spurs Supporters Club. The charity is a special needs support network that provides a support service for families with special needs. Based in Malvern, the centre is there to provide support to both children and their families. This support can be whatever the need is for the child or family at the time. It is a hugely worthwhile cause so please donate whatever you can spare to help them out.
