The RBL are the UK's leading charity providing financial, social and emotional support to millions who have served and are currently serving in the British Armed Forces and their dependents.

Story

Veterans that sleep rough.

Veterans that have no family.

Veterans that have given up.

These people joined the armed forces to make a difference in the world, just as I did in 2002.

Somewhere along the line some veterans suffer with mental illness or just detach themselves from society.

The Royal British Legion are not only a charity that bring to our attention the importance of Remembrance Day in November.

The RBL work all-year around the clock to help those veterans that need support.

VE Day

It is the anniversary of Victory in Europe on 8th May.

This was when Churchill declared the war in Europe was over.

As we have the biggest threat to this country since those days, we have members of society including the Queen that still remember that day.

I'm dedicating my day to doing something that I love and sacrificing some blood, sweat and tears by completing a marathon of bear crawls and farmers' carry with 2 x 24 kilo Kettlebells in my front garden.

The VE Complex consists of:

6 metres bear crawl front and back

12 metres farmers' carry with 2 x 24 kilos.

That's 1750 bear crawls.

That's 1750 farmers' carry

If you think this is worth a pound to donate, thank you in advance.
