Hi,

Im daftly putting myself out there to complete the Cardiff Half Marathon later this month.

Im doing it in support of St Michaels House Hospice in Hereford.
This is somewhere where my Dad picked himself after careful consideration as somewhere he wanted to go when the time was right. They looked after more than people van ever imagine and treated him wit respect the whole time.

Anything at all you can donate is much appreciated as its all for a good cause.
