Hi all, just to inform you about something I am doing during July to try and raise money for Myeloma UK charity.  Myeloma UK is a registered charity which looks to help and support people who are suffering from myeloma, which is a form of cancer which affects the blood. So what is it I am doing I hear you ask?J

First of all I will be challenging myself to an OLYMPIC triathlon. The Olympic distance consists of a 1500 metre swim (almost a mile), then a 40k bike ride and then finish off with a 10k run. This will take place on the 1 of July at Trentham Gardens, so feel free to come down and watch.

Then 2 weeks later (not much time to rest) on the 15 of July there will be 6 of us who will be cycling 110 miles from STOKE to BLACKPOOL.
