I am raising money for this amazing local charity after my Grandad fell ill and went into their care. After his Lymphoma went into the incurable my Grandad, Geoffrey Allen, was moved into their full time care after they had provided nurses for him for home care. They did a fantastic job, keeping him comfortable and catering to his needs and they made sure he received the best possible care. When my Grandad passed away they were so helpful in the days afterwards and I know my whole family where grateful for their help. So please give to this amazing charity. I hope it never happens but if a member of your family needs their care, the money you donate will help them to continue their amazing care
