Story
Hi and thanks for visiting my Justgiving page. People ask me all the time why I run, why I put myself through mile after mile of pain and effort for seemingly little gain. The answer is never an easy one to find, enjoyment, the challenge, pushing myself to see just what can be done with my body. So an event like this is not to be taken lightly, a 44 mile ultra marathon along the South West Coast path through 90 degrees of the compass from the Lizard Point to Lands end...in one hit.
I have chosen to run it for BlindveteransUK as they represent all that is good in support of our servicemen and women who have been injured and lost sight. Knowing that this charity are there for our forces veterans at a vulnerable point in their life is a cause worth punishing myself for and I can only hope to reach the target I have set....and beat it.
So please please donate, even if it is £1. This money will help our service men and women to adjust and be assured that there is life after sight loss.
Thank you all and keep checking back for regular updates.
