On the 6th  October at 10:15  I will run the Chester Metric Marathon. A distance of  26.2km  (16.3 miles).

In 2017 I ran the distance in 2:47:00

In 2018 I managed a time of 2:21:28  - A Massive 25 minutes and 32 seconds improvement...

This year I aim to go faster again and I hope with your support we can raise money for a good cause 

Grosvenor Rowing Club, Chester
The club is going into their 150th anniversary in 2019, and since I joined the club it is clear how important Grosvenor Rowing Club is to every member (rowers, coaches, coxes) and supporters. 

Since joining GRC it's obvious that the CLUB IS AT RISK OF
FALLING INTO DISREPAIR. 

They are embarking on an ambitious plan to re-roof and
insulate the gym, install heating throughout the club, completely upgrade the changing facilities (the women's changing room flood's every time it rains!!)  and improve disabled access.
