🏃‍♂️ As I prepare for the London Landmarks Half Marathon, I embark on this journey with a cause deeply rooted in my family's experiences.
In recent months , myself and my family have been greatly impacted by this subject as as my daughter lost a very close friend who took his own life at just 19 years old . This tragedy that we have supported her with has boosted me to raise awareness and support the efforts and cause for young peoples mental health and well being .

My mission is to run in support of young people's mental health. 
Each stride I take is a deliberate step toward dismantling the stigma surrounding mental health. By taking up this challenge, my aim is to raise awareness and prevent further loss of young lives to mental health struggles.

I'm proudly running on behalf of Place2Be, a remarkable charity dedicated to improving the mental health of children and young people. Their fundamental belief is that no child or young person should face mental health problems alone.
