Hey everyone,

Myself and my father and uncle will be running The Mens Health Survival of the fittest 10km assault course for the second year in a row and have a new enthusiastic member Kate Musto joining us this time for some extra fun and a stronger team.

I would much appreciate it if you could donate as much as you can afford for my well deserving charity as they have done so much for currently serving and retired soldiers and their families suffering from physical and mental injuries sustained in recent and previous conflicts over the world.
