As the now annual Muzza-Aid kicks on into its fourth year, things have really cranked up a notch or two...so much so that my big bro is getting in on the act!

This year it is going to be a gruelling month's cycling through 1,200 miles of Vietnam's hot and hilly terrain from the northern city of Hanoi to the Southern city of Ho Chi Minh City...the kind of trip where you'd need a brother there to help along the way! We will be cycling the entire distance without any support vehicles or organised tours...just us two clowns and our mountain bikes!!

 

All proceeds are going to the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. To help them find a cure for this terrible disease in the hope that fewer families will suffer the loss that mine and tens of thousands of UK families go through each year in losing a loved one to lung cancer!
