Story
This summer I was planning to mark 50 years on this earth by running two ultramarathons, among many other exciting things. Of course, none of that has proven possible. So, on July 25th and 26th, I plan to run from Carlisle to Newcastle using the Hadrians Wall long distance footpath. I think this will be about 112 km/ 70 miles, if I don't get too lost.
All the money I can raise will go to the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals trust; I am sure you can see why. The more you donate, the less tediously I will go on about the whole thing. If restrictions have been eased by then, why not come and join me for some or all of it? And I need recipes for food to carry! Send me your ideas!
Thank you.
